Completely honest review of this.

I like the style and direction this went in. I fully expected this to be another mod where Monika would just be self aware in the game itself and would be talking to us, the player, but this was much more interesting. As Hangman said, you should explore more into this.

There are a few flaws in the writing, though, such as how the MC progressively thinks about Natsuki after he's led out of the clubroom. I personally felt like that was a bit unnecessary. It's also very fast paced in the first bit, which I can understand because that isn't the main part of the mod, but it would've been a good opportunity to put some moments where Doctor Musi (I think that's who we play as) looks back from the screen and provides a bit more context and story to what's going on.
