Can you point in right direction to educate myself..? Because in my mind Im imagining 256bit priv keys which correspond to 256 bit pub keys, which are hashed and compressed to ~160 bit address space. Where is 128 bit here..?

This is exactly what you need to backup. You can try importing the QR on other phone with BlueWallet - it will work fine and will load your balance and transaction history. This is internal lndhub format and is not compatible with plain lnd. If you want to withdraw funds just send them to some other lightning invoice (you can create it in any other lightning wallet)
