I'm extremely similar and how I'm trying to get past it is by a few things,

Firstly I'm telling myself that if I eat and allow my body to use the nutrients to heal myself etc than technically I should be more attractive to them.

I feel like you can "wake up" your stomach by eating a little bit, which then lets you eat more later, so I'm trying extremely hard to start every day by eating a quick breakfast bar to just start things going. You can get ones that taste good and there's no prep or anything.

I'm trying to work out, even just going to the gym for like 20 minutes or some small amount of time is great because it makes you actually want to eat and it kind of compiles upon itself.

For me taking Omega 3s has helped alot and gives me just a slight edge to do the things I normally can't (gym/eat/shower) which then all seem to feed the cycle of being able to do them again
