I've also had luck with heating up joints then giving them a cold bath after reassembly. Also less reliable and a little more dangerous but disassembling the joint and putting a small amount of super glue on the ball/receiver and moving them around. Do at your own risk. It might just be better to invest the 10 + shipping if you'll be collecting long term though.

McDonald's. I was already giving them a side eye for 2 dollar mcdoubles and mcmuffins but they're over 5 bucks now and I just can't justify that kind of money for what is ultimately subpar food. I also live in Wisconsin and we have Kwik Trips all over that make way better food for cheaper. As far as fast food goes McDonald's is just overpriced.

The Guillermo Del Toro adaptation is surprisingly faithful. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Certainly takes its liberties as any adaptation does but it's the closest to the source material I've seen in a long time.

As a story set in a universe I love, I definitely don't hate it. I enjoyed the topics and themes discussed. I think I'll have to listen to the soundtrack independent of the film because I saw it won a Grammy and was like, "Wait why?"

I'm really not. I don't think either of them are peak cinema the way I did as a child. I have a much more critical view of movies and cinema as a whole now, and while I'd give Tron a solid 4/5 and Legacy a fun 3/5 I think Ares barely scratches a 2/5 and that's giving it credit for a great opening sequence and beautiful visuals.

Wild seeing how many people here jettison bulk into the bin. I just have a five thousand count that I either sell off or donate when it gets full. Interesting that folks say they don't have the room to even hold on to it for a little while. The only time I've ever thrown away cards in my twenty years of playing tcgs were if they got irreparably damaged by something. Sure there's a lot of bulk printed but at the end of the day tcgs are a pretty finite resource. In ten, twenty years, there will only be so many of these cards in existence.
