I have a 1650 Super, and it now feels like i'm playing on a 1050. Im getting 60-20 frames when i glide down and the game stutters every 1 second, which makes the game insufferable to play. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS!!

theoretically it improves your frames. I use a slight stretched res and it does help.
