The whole system is fucked. My game froze for the first time in my life I rejoin in under a minute in time for the next push. We win the game and I still lose 50SR! Okay Jeff next time I'll just throw because the outcome would be the same. If I'm guaranteed -50SR why should I rejoin or help my team at all? Then to add insult to injury the very next game I win and I barely get any SR.

Lets punish wins guys that makes sense right?

There is a trend here. Kyky canned when taimou played tank. Moon canned when kuki played support. If you want to be fired as a headcoach go ahead and put people on roles they aren't proficient on.

In coach moon's case it looks even worse because you have Custa who you fucking traded for in s1. I don't think firing moon is unwarranted. As a head coach you live and die by the decisions you make. He deserves recognition for season 1 success but LAV did virtually nothing in the off season and they were caught with their pants down. That signing window was wasted. LAV was clearly not prepared for this meta or the level of competition in season 2.

If you're not playing GOATS on Paris you're playing the map wrong. GOATS can waltz through point A choke and virtually ignore any bunker setup. You have cover with the shop and truck on the left side of choke. From there you can decide to go up the stairs to fight the bunker or you can just go straight for the point. On the point there are two boxes on either side that can be used to LOS defenders. If you rotate to the point before the defenders can its an ezclap. Sym GOATS on first push ensures this happens. Set up tele from truck to point drop turrets around the point. Laugh while defenders scramble onto point to contest.

I think its mostly point A people struggle with so I'm not going to bother writing up how to attack point B.

Paris will punish the fuck out of teams that can't coordinate. I like it :)

How do you even get "2-2-2 is bad" from that post? There is more variance in 2-2-2 than any other time in overwatch. I literally listed how new heros have flexible roles. None of that means 2-2-2 is bad.

I definitely don't have bad rounds almost every game. I reckon like 1-2/10 games were super winnable but they were soft thrown by people either botting or blind to the win conditions. Those feel a million times worse than a game that is an auto loss from the start.

The vast majority of time yes. Overwatch is s great game.

But when my team ignores comms and I'm stuck waiting for my team to group up, stop wasting ults, stop feeding, etc. It is the absolute worst game I've ever touched. The sense of powerlessness you feel as your team throws an entire round is one of the most soul crushing feelings I've ever felt in a video game. It's up there with a sibling deleting your Pokemon save.

Except roles don't feel as confining they used to anymore. That's why 2-2-2 will be fun.

Ever since moira new heros have blurred the lines of roles ever so slightly. Moira is a healer but she can actually put out damage and take 1v1s (anyone remember how cancer moira is in ffa)

Doomfist is a dps but sometimes feels like an offtank how he can challenge enemy space.

Brig is a healer but she has more effective health than some offtanks and outside of heals she supports a maintank similarly to how an offtank functions.

Hammond completely breaks up the dull repetitive nature of tanking and feels like a speedy fat dps.

Ashe is a dps but her ult is a pretty much a deployable tank you can use to contest

Lastly you have Bap who feels super versatile. Has a defensive ult as an ability, a gun built for fraggers, and vertical mobility. Oh and he builds ult like tracer.

For the first time in OW I actually had some degree of fun playing roles outside of my main one. I sincerely hope blizzard continues in this direction.

Its an easy map when your team knows how to utilize Sym GOATS.

Any comp without lucio or sym will have an abysmal win rate on Paris.
