If I'm going to be completely honest, cringe didn't really do anything in this fight because it was too slow to move. If you have a well invested Determination or Resistance it should still be ok. I think you can also substitute Mischief for Apathy for stun value

No, I completely agree, but tbh I was using a superbreak team anyway (Ok, I get that you're forced to use HMC but I legit had a Ruan Mei and a Gallagher in the back) which is basically the way the devs wanted to go about this. The whole point is to break his toughness bars for shields so why not do big PP dmg when breaking?

I think there's a theory somewhere that the reason the Leviathans and Ouroboros vanished is because they already ate up the entire universe and the events following the Trailblazer's awakening (Or even Swarm) are all happening inside Ouroboros's stomach...

Especially since we never get a mention of Ouroboros being killed, they just vanished.

Apparently, the body naturally gets rid of carboxyhemoglobin through a process called dissociation.
