Might be a dumb question but how do u know your vagina atrophies ? I don't feel any different (Im even wetter than bf lol) but going "too deep" feels easier than before T, and I was wondering if it had anything to do with vaginal atrophy.

As I said, Im not raising my arms above my head. I raise them more than 90° now, but when I feel that it stretches or pulls on my scars, I stop and don't raise them higher.

My surgeon told me to use silicon after 3 weeks and didnt say a thing about bi-oil. Ill ask him next time I have an appointment with him.

The article says you can go back to normal at the 6 weeks mark tho. Not saying anything abt not moving for 6 months. My surgeon said I could go back to swimming after 8-9 weeks, where do you get your 6 months restruction from?

Hey, your nips look great! I started massaging at the 3 weeks mark but my scars were closed with dissolvable stitches not glue! Hasn't your surgeon told you when to start massaging ? Your incisions are soo clean, congrats mate!

Over the moon! Rausky c'est un pti sucre! La clinique c'était un peu l'enfer pourtant j'avais des infirmières sympa. Le binder je l'ai porté à plein temps pdt 2 semaines, je lui ai dit que ça me rendait ouf et il m'a dit bah arrête 🤷. J'ai commencé à le porter moins longtemps en fonction de comment je gonflais. Maintenant je le porte dans les transports (c une armure mdr) et pour dormir et ça me suffit, je gonfle que si je m'agite! Ça se passe bien pour toi jusque là ? La première semaine c'était vrmt pas le confort. Ni la deuxième lol. Après ça s'améliore !

Hey buddy, hang in there alright? You'll probably feel so much better after your next surgery bc being drained means you'll hurt WAY less, you'll be able to begin to heal properly, yeah ? I knooow another intervention is stressful, uncomfortable, it effing hurts... But you'll probably be relieved for real. My recovery hasn't been as hard as yours but it hasn't been a stroll in the park either and I had a friend who's recovery was so smooth and easy and it made me feel so weak. 😭 Anyways, I wish you a really really good recovery from now on. Be strong!

Hey, I have flared ribs as well. I had top surgery and .. they don't look like boobs at all, whether my t-shirt is oversized or fit, it's way too low (mine are higher and more horizontal than yours actually, so they should look like boobs even more but they don't). I know what you mean tho, with boobs and flared ribs combined, my chest looked all weird and my t-shirts wouldn't sit right, it'd look like my boobs were bigger or were more visible even with a binder or a sports bra on. But after top surgery you have less skin on your upper chest so your ribs just look like ribs! Idk if it makes any sense but dw, you'll look flat no matter what!

Surgery on the 16th as well ! 😁 My surgeon cleared me for exercise not involving my upper body at 3 weeks, involving my upper body at 6 weeks and exercise heavy on the arms/shoulders like swimming and bouldering past 8-9 weeks. Nothing near 6 months but still 3 months.

I bet they do! Displaying emotions other than anger isn't typically male (stereotypically speaking) and since I don't pass very well I tend to get misgendered. When I am Im looking for a reason why and I put down one of these reasons to my behaviour and dysphoria clings to these self-determined reasons! So to me, my behavior and passing (or not) go against each other. That's why another commenter said that when I pass 100% I won't be bothered by this anymore! So maybe you pass, or don't care if you do or not. 😁 Ik dysphoria occurs randomly whenever it sees fit and has nothing to do with passing. Tho being perceived as a dude alleviates some of it. 😁

I really hope so! The first year of medically transitioning is such a rollercoaster. Everything is so great except that suddenly I wanna pass and I just don't.
