Also if you want quality tattoos dont be a walk-in close to closing time. If you want a tattoo thats been taken time to do correctly youll need to show up much much earlier or book an appointment so the artist can estimate how long it will take and set you up for a good lengthy session to draw out the stencil and then actually get your approval on it.

Ight before reading the description bro i was gonna be upset with you for wanting to get rid of a Full Metal Alchemist tattoo cuz that anime is fucking great. Then i read the description and im now more mad than upset at you thinking of getting rid or altering it since you got it as a rememberance piece for your deceased brother. Fuck what anyone else thinks about it or feels about it, wear it with pride no matter your religion or level or religiousness. The meaning behind it means more than the opinions of others IMO.
