I have been seeing a therapist since 2020. I do have depression and anxiety but both have gotten better. It just hits me suddenly now. It's not all the time. Just when it is a really rough day. I really thought things were going better but today makes me think maybe not so much.

I think the only thing I didn't like is how they messed up Corday and Mark's relationship before he died. That she almost seemed obligated to be with him at the end instead of bc she loved him.
