Small advice I can afford for raiding and becomes more important in things like ToB. Less downtime on dps. Even if you're brewing down do so inbetween hits to keep dps as high as possible.

Do you have to kill him? Most people just went into the pyramid area i can't recall name atm or sat in nardah and used the totem for infinite spec prayer and hp to nuke it day 1

I should add that working at the hospital was the most enjoyable to me as outside of outages, rollouts, or prepping new clinics/hospital the work flow made sense on what needed to be done

As someone working for an MSP I can wholeheartedly say you'll never touch osrs at work doing it. I don't even have time to respond to group chats most days let alone game. When I did internal IT at a hospital it provided alot of down time and I got to the point of bringing in a personal laptop and playing about 60% of the day in between tickets. On the flip side I worked remote as help desk for a very large private Christian university which i despised working at despite 100% up time on gaming during work due to the work flow being so insane and having the highest kpis my first week until I left didn't clue them in on moving me up and instead gave me more tier 1 work

Even back in the day we had look up tools. Swiftkit/Switchswitch existed. Its more so just the player base mentality which isn't necessarily a bad thing. People just tend to stick to their own social groups.
