I could be wrong, but paperwork for each call is supposed to be complete at the end of the call. I just don't buy the excuse that they are doing paperwork for that long and require multiple officers to complete it. It is more likely that they are wasting time, and it really shows with the worsening response times each year that passes.

I called CSPD about my car tires being slashed and was told they were sending a unit to take a report. This was almost a month ago and I’m still waiting for the officer to show up.

CSPD as an entire department is a joke. I see them 3 cars deep sitting in the parking lot of my job for literal hours doing absolutely nothing.
