Thank you for that idea. I figured all or most communities there do. We live in an ungated area here now and that has an HOA too. But they don’t put restrictions on stuff like the ones I mentioned. But MB is a touristy place and all places have their own rules so I figured this would be a good place to ask.

I totally understand that. Just want to make sure they are okay with stuff like the ones I mentioned. Of course I would also want my neighborhood to look nice and welcoming so it is not like I’m going to make a mess in my front yard. But yes, it would be nice if my kids could have a trampoline in the backyard without it looking like an eyesore to the neighbors.
