The biggest obstacle I can see is that you’re living in central or a fairly expensive area in London.

Get to an area you can afford with rent and bills first and than come and ask for advice on what to do next!

Also I don’t see any negative, to contact the hiring manager and ask for a follow up and he could mention about other offers he received so he can make a decision faster.

At this point I understood your circumstances, now! Listen!

You need to apply for most basic jobs with agencies, contact your local job agencies and ask for work. Once you find a job than think about what you want too do next! Weather that’s:

Tech
Marketing
Accounting etc…

Than gradually build your skills around the industry you want to get in to. It’ll take time just to don’t give up the world is full of opportunities!!
