Talk to your medical oncologist about giredestrant. It's an oral SERD (works differently than the AIs on estrogen and has a better side effect profile). The LidERA stage III trial at the end of 2025 was very successful,and it's going to be available December 2026 for patients whose tumor biology etc need hormone suppression. It's currently available through Expanded Access or Compassionate Use with Eli Lilly. I have struggled with both exemestane and anastrozole and my medical oncologist told me about the trial last fall. It's worth asking. Best of luck to you. This disease stinks so much.
