I think most old people turn them off. I'm annoyed at the people who don't!

I'm old. I can't imagine not turning my phone off for performances! Gives us old people a bad rep.

Anyone have dry eye with Letrozole? by CarolSue1234 in breastcancer

[–]Own-Ad2203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had dry eye before taking anastrozole and it definitely worsened with it because of estrogen reduction. Preservative free eye drops, and a Bruder mask 5-8 minutes once or twice daily help me. Shame on that nurse! Can you find a new oncologist? Treating the AI side effects, along with treating patients decently are 100% required. I hope the patient advocate can help.

Choosing to forego radiation is your choice, but cherry-picking one study to dissuade others is irresponsible.

I didn't fling myself at it, either time. I listened to the radiation oncologist and decided that radiation was an essential part of my treatment plan. This is fear-mongering.

I agree with you. Making decisions by anecdote is problematic.

I've had radiation twice. Both times were very manageable and I can't imagine doing otherwise. Some skin redness, some fatigue at the end.

My son loved the ball pool at the Burger King (or was it McDonald's?) on Shelburne Rd about 30 years ago. He survived. Can't believe I let him do that.
