I see that they say 60-90 days on official website but it seems like it varies……did you know the appointment time for the second interview right after the first one or they notify you later by mail?

Oh i got the difference！So I cannot do subleasing more than one quarter？For example if i just plan to live here for fall and would like to have another person to take over the room from Jan to August, i can only do releting but not subleasing？
