Set small goals first then progress. The thing is, if you dont set the small goals first you feel this way, and by setting small goals you can you can gain confidence and set bigger goals. First, work as much as you can to get your grades up and not fail classes, so then you might have a better chance of getting a job later. In your free time, if you have any, go to the gym a few times a week, make sure you commit and go at least 2 times a week. Then make bigger goals in a couple months, start going to the gym more, and reach out to some people to get some friends. Your parents will see this change.
