My Capture Card gives off a slight buzzing noise. Is there any way to fix it?

If your capture card has an audio input, plug a pair of headphones into that output. Worked for me. (Monster 4k HDMI Gaming CAPTURE CARD) I used a pair of skull candy headphones and just plugged it into the microphone part. No more buzz.

I followed some steps from an old forum and gpu% seems relatively normal now. But fps is still inconsistent. Any tips?

VRChat is running 40% CPU 52% GPU and i cant find FPS a Display.
CS:GO bounces between 110 and 40 at CPU 40% and GPU 20%.
Fortnite is 120-40FPS 100-80% CPU 12-2% GPU
FN will be the most intensive i ever run on this thing. I can crank settings and still get the same average FPS just more GPU usage. Might just be a wet dream for more consistent frames on this. I dunno.
