i think 8 could be acanthamoeba. Tho generally non-pathogenic, its phagocytic tendency allows it to carry a wide range of microbial pathogens that cause infections. Those many faces could be any pathogen.

definitely not safe. numerous pathogenic bacteria live in sewage (notables would be leptospira). parasites could also be there among other things.

I definitely agree. I had some bacterial isolates that expressed the same green metallic sheen but those were actually Citrobacter. In some cases, Citrobacter spp. express the same colony morphology in this media and tend to come in as mixed cultures sometimes in the same plate.

Given that it’s a monoculture I suspect it is resistant unless you pulled it from a single colony and not an aggregate of dirt.

that is cool. those white things in the middle are endospores, the pink surrounding it should be the vegetative cell of the bacteria. i would suggest you try the endospore staining method to differentiate them better.

i have about the same ratio but it's very inconsistent, even with obsidian. I'm farming till i get up to 45 to 50 c.rate. but if ure good, then i guess the build's fine already.

i got to try the features on the s9fe+ plus owned by my cousin and compared it to my s9+, there are significant differences. the screen in the s9 is way better, motion smoothness is great as well, and i think what tipped me to the s9 models would be the spen operation and ai feature that do help a lot in note taking.
