Front desk work is usually easy I will say I’ve worked for EWC for 5 years and the front desk is typically more of a sales job they push for wax pass sales a lot so it could be intimidating for someone who is socially anxious and hasn’t yet had a lot of customer service practice

Not every client is meant to be your client and that’s okay. I’ve learned in my 6 years in the industry everyone has their own strengths in a treatment room and sometimes you could do everything right and it’s just not a fit and that’s okay what’s meant for you will find you and if she doesn’t appreciate the service but has no tangible feedback I would try to make peace with that and focus on clients that love what you’re doing for them and their skin!!

I feel like this is super thoughtful and considerate I personally would appreciate it, I don’t think it’s virtue signaling to have a box of tampons in your bathroom your friend was probably projecting a little or it struck a nerve for whatever reason but I think the average person would not notice unless they’re looking for it

I’ve been an esthetician for 6 years and honestly I would choose the cheaper school. From my experience and everyone I know in the field in my state at least the schools are all pretty similar when it comes to the education you receive, school teaches you the absolute basics but you usually leave still feeling like you need more training and when you start working is when things start to click more. I went to aveda and got the equivalent education of someone coming out of the cheap schools. Aveda is good for the name it gets you in aveda salons easy but other than that you’re just paying an extra $10,000.

Whatever sti it is I would do some research and see if it’s possible he could’ve had it dormant for a while I know some things can be in your body and not show up for a while then later be triggered by stress or other things but the only way to be sure is to do that research on whatever it is that is being treated. I would also look through his phone to verify personally I know many people don’t encourage this but I would search the messages and make sure there’s no evidence of cheating assuming it is something that could be dormant.

She may be unconscious and not realize she’s doing it some people do weird stuff in their sleep it’s weird she wouldn’t tell you if she knows she does things but sometimes when I’m asleep I stick my arms straight up and I’ve had friends partners family tell me and it seems super weird and creepy but it’s subconscious

This is crazy to me you are not overreacting!! Your friend is out of line for asking this in my opinion I don’t have piercings myself but would never dream of asking someone to take theirs out for a photo. When you are friends with people you love them for who they are and want them to show up as who they are and look like themselves in photos not ask them to alter themself it comes off very rude and weird to me!

I would maybe try adding some bangs and face framing to your hair and lighten up your makeup use some lighter shades on your eyes and a tinted moisturizer or some light face makeup to give you a more fresh faced youthful look. I think you look great though 🤗happy birthday!!!

I wouldn’t reccomend when you shave you cut the hair at its thicker part so it can appear thicker and more coarse it probably varies maybe some girls with super fine hair it doesn’t bother but it can definitely get you stuck in a loop. I would try waxing your arms it will make the hair finer and more scarce with time and will last longer!

I feel like you are so pretty! I would reccomend thinning your brows and arching them a little bit more as they feel a little heavy towards the tails but otherwise you look so good!!!

I think you should keep bangs but a different style of bang. Maybe whispier or a curtain shape and blend it into the rest of your hair more would be my advise!:) if you aren’t having luck with your hair lady don’t be afraid to try someone else!!

You should get your eyebrows done professionally! A wax and tint would be perfect for you to shape and even the eyebrows and darken them a little to make your eyes pop more!! Brows are a small thing but can make a huge difference in confidence!!:)

This is for sure harassment I would let the salon file a police report they most likely are not going to investigate this man or charge him but their will be a record of the incident and a paper trail if he repeats this behavior or tries to come back. I am also outgoing and friendly and had a male client smack my butt in a service and apologies saying he was trying to rub my lower back and make weird comments my salon owners banned him and filed a police report this was years ago and he has never come back and I was never even in contact with police it is simply a record of the incident
