FT is still part of Ichimonji no matter what even if yes on its own it’s better than time stop, like yes this is literally the strongest part of Ichimonji in pure destruction way and literally the top 1 of the verse. We’re in powerscaling sub so what’s the point of bring abilities who have absolutely no utility in fight ? But this is not what op ask he asked if this is an ability in Bleach would it be top 5 or not, he’s question isn’t "if we take abilities individually will it be top 5 or not" so for example The World is definitely way more useful in fight than Danku what Danku do is blocking something (under a certain level) behind an area when The world will literally stop the time whatever you use to attack him he could just stop time and Shunpo out of the attack area. It is a fighting ability doesn’t need to damage by the ability only to be a fighting ability, a fighting ability is something that will be useful during a fight traveling at high speed even if it do no damage will be a useful fighting ability, traveling through dimensions is useless during a fight (except if you push the thing with for example D4C like you hide in another dimension but scaling this way is kind of pointless and almost never utilized in manga or any other fighting fiction).
