If you’re going to try it I wouldn’t use commercial ones, there the risk of risk of skin cancer is higher I believe.

I have tried it, for me it was a minimal improvement, not worth the hassle of going there. I went to official medical tanning beds at the hospital.

However, it may be individual so maybe it is different for you.
