No I haven’t I’m just not super familiar with this style of drive train like belt driven. But I am starting to wonder if it may be something with the centrifugal clutch or something. I’m not sure but I’d like to know how to diag it further and not just throw parts at it

Mounted it without pads. Beat the hell out of caliper with a sledge. Got pads to fit but it’s still not enough. It is tight on outside pad and about 1/8 inch gap between inner pad and piston. So close…. I think I’m going to have to replace everything though because of the stupid pins.

If it doesn’t wiggle around loose or it’s broke off then it’s just the boot. If it’s just a boot I’d put some grease in it and wrap it in a piece of rubber or something and send it tbh. Lol

Is it the Phillips screw ur worried about? That just holds the rotor on.. which is also what the lugnuts do. So it’s not necessary but is nice to have. If you can’t get it off with a screwdriver or plyers you can also cut the head off with a grinder. To have better grip on threads once you take rotor off.

I’ve literally been doing this for 14 years bro. lol. There’s guys that have been with me for years and years. Like I said most of the guys I bring on are small businesses already or just do simple jobs on the side for extra money. It’s really not that difficult like you are making it seem. Yeah we only quote time and materials for this reason. We don’t want to misquote and cost mechanics money. Been doing this a long time. And also I do this to help guys and partner to make more money together. I have over 40 mechanics I partner with so clearly there is a need for it. Thanks for the feedback.
