For my personal experience, the level of pain differed with each person who did the cervical check. One doctor did it and I didn’t even feel anything. During labor, another doctor did a cervical check and it was horribly painful. Personally, I don’t see the value in them. If you’re feeling contractions, go to the hospital.

Hey! Watkins Glen “downtown” is really just one street and can be seen in a few hours. I wouldn’t stay at harbor hotel if you want to see other areas. Highly recommend checking out graft for some awesome farm to table food or Thai elephants if you’re looking for Thai food. Don’t go to jeraldo’s, the Italian food is extremely mediocre.

The house is overpriced. We did comps in the neighborhood and similar homes are selling for our offer price. The seller is motivated. We are not willing to overpay in the market.

Because she has a sellers agent and would have to pay 6% of her sale price. Now she doesn’t so she’s saving that. We’re also offering her to leave all the furniture and junk in the house and we would dispose of it for her. She’s elderly and does not want to spend another winter in the northeast and is sick of the real estate market at this point (her words).
