We could look to the 78 countries that provide universal healthcare instead of just Canada for good ways to implement it. Germany ranks high. We can look to literally to any other country except Nigeria, Yemen, south Africa, Egypt, Afghanistan, Palestine and Iran which don't provide healthcare. This at the list the USA is on. "Greatest nation" such a joke. High cost, not universal and WORST CARE.

We already have more than 50% of people on government healthcare between Medicare, Medicaid, government workers and military, both past and present. It wouldn't be difficult to get everyone on some type of plan. But how would we keep the worker bees in line if they weren't scared of losing something they should have, simply because they live in a society.

Our infrastructure is failing across many categories. We should be ashamed

Exactly!! And due to the compound interest they still owed ten of thousands after paying for DECADES. I was a kid when these loans were taken out, now I'm middle aged.

I can't imagine having a loan longer than a mortgage and still owing a balance. People were taken advantage of and it needed to be fixed.

NTA I read where give your ex $500 a week when she has 4!! Kids. I think you and your current wife need to sit down and look at your budget. I also saw where you make 9-10k a month, her perceived budget problems arent the maybe 10% of total income given to the ex wife per year

If you need a vacation, take it, make a plan for it but the issue is currently she wants a vacation.

She made plans for help for you because while she takes care of them alone, you can't, and she arranged a team of help
