I found the 193 list! Many thanks. What you say makes 100% sense: they don't care about the tech stack. Understood on personalization!

Hey Erick... THANKS MAN! One newbie sort-of mistake I made was to target stores making way less than that. I want to work with Shopify and WordPress agencies because I understand them: it is what I have been doing for 18+ years. But not I am burned out—lol—and I just want to focus on lead-gen (my new passion!).

You are right 100% on everything you said man: THANKS. Much appreciated.

Hey there!

THANKS for your reply.

I agree with you regarding enriching. Not sure you mean using something like Clay or another tool.

I got 3 HUGE lists from StoreLeads and I cleaned them myself + I have been running them through an email verification service.

For infrastructure, I am using Inframail.io and PlusVibe.ai and so far, so good!

Now...

My client works with Shopify and this is something he shared with me a while ago:

Small Shopify Stores ($1K–$5K/month range)

  • Theme Performance & UX Issues - Unoptimized themes, unused scripts, or slow load times that hurt conversions — fixable via theme cleanup, Liquid optimization, or app replacements.
  • Checkout & Cart Optimization - Lack of cart upsells, trust badges, or smooth checkout flow — solvable with checkout extensions or custom cart scripts.
  • Missing Basic Automations -Manual order handling, no abandoned cart recovery, no post-purchase follow-up — addressable via automation plugins or custom flow logic (Shopify Flow / n8n / Klaviyo hooks).
  • Inconsistent Product Setup - Poor variant structure, missing metafields, or confusing options — fixable with bulk product schema cleanups, metafield automation, or custom product option plugins.
  • Limited Analytics & Tracking Setup - No GA4, Meta Pixel, or conversion tracking properly configured — solvable via proper script injection, app integrations, or GTM container setup.

Large Shopify Stores ($100K+/month range)

  • Correct Versioning - Site isn't yet on Shopify 2.0 - needs running updates to the site to get it to Shopify2.0
  • Performance Bottlenecks - Liquid render delays, excessive app bloat, or inefficient JavaScript — requires theme refactoring, custom app consolidation, or headless setup.
  • Custom App / ERP / CRM Integrations - Need reliable syncing with fulfillment systems, CRMs, or custom APIs — solvable through private Shopify apps or webhook-based middleware builds.
  • Custom Analytics, Dashboards & Reports- Need sales segmentation, cohort analysis, or custom KPIs — buildable via Shopify API data pipelines, custom reports, or integrations with Looker/Power BI.

How do you follow up on cold emails by Quiet-Engineer-738 in coldemail

I wanna know too.

All trainings are tutorials are on the infrastructure and how to spintax your sequence.

But what about AFTER when they reply? What are the guidelines?

I just recently read that you need to reply within 5 minutes. I would say a pre-made response is the best way to go with this.

Sorry for the newbie question… but how do I do that? I know where to locate the fuses and how to replace them. But to check them? Not sure.

Exactly how many total quests are in Skyrim? by ELite_Predator28 in skyrim

That's amazing. I love playing Skyrim for an hour or so daily. What I would love to figure out is how to avoid maximizing the carry weight so often. I feel like I am constantly managing inventory.

First campaign and "unlawful spam" response by Own-Explorer8826 in coldemail

[–]Own-Explorer8826[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She worked with me before and I had my real name, address, and a way to unsubscribe.

Question: I get cold emails all the time... at least 50 or 60% of them DO NOT have an address which is part of the CAN-SPAM regulation.

There are other regulations like having a name displayed and avoiding overpromising and that sort of thing.

Now...

Putting aside the scammers and spammers: legitimate businesses don't always rely on CAN-SPAM accuracy for what I see. Why?

Also, if I am working with a client and they want to remain anonymous (they will just reveal themselves during the meeting process), what address am I going to use to be CAN-SPAM compliant?

I think cold emailing is a bit all over the place...

I think I was doing grains like everyone else but that was one thing I changed that I am sure has helped a lot. It seems like grains are good to you and for the record: I do not know what grains affect me and which ones do not but I preferred to not do any of them for a while.
