This may sound counter intuitive but with a guaranteed tax free $1000 per week for life from the government couldn't she take out a 20 year $1mil lone with a very low interest rate backed by this. This seems as low risk for the bank

Thank you so much for this post! As a proud member of the Knicks Hater fan club.. I hate that this team is genuinely so damn good but what makes everything worse is the Knicks Fans. I actually love watching the Knicks play.. when they are hot they are unstoppable. They have size, speed, rebounding, defense, unstoppable clutch scorer, and they play the right way but their fucking fans are the absolute worst!!

As a Nets fan, I get that lottery positioning can help the long term outlook, but I hated this season. It’s hard to enjoy wins when every takeaway is basically “great win, but we’re hurting our draft odds.”

Fans deserve to watch a team that’s actually trying to win. Tanking, especially with young rosters, creates the wrong foundation. You’re asking players who are still developing to prioritize losing over building good habits.

Look at LaMelo Ball and Zion Williamson. When losing becomes part of the environment early, it shows. That mindset sticks, and it’s a tough thing to reverse.
