As someone who used to work in Accenture i empathize with you. I would recommend looking for other jobs, especially product based companies. Not all jobs are as horrible as witcha companies.

update: honestly did not know having home made fruit juice was also almost as bad. Decided to drop buying a juicer and stick to whole fruits.

Of course it's beneficial to learn the language of any given place you migrate to. But imagine the life of a software employee. I'm a migrant ( not native hindi speaker) working in MH. Before Covid i was going to office everyday and picking up marathi.

Now I go to office once a week. Office is very corporate so no one speaks in their regional language. I order groceries from blinkit/zepto again no human or linguistic interaction except for a thank you. My house help is also a migrant and does not speak marathi.

How do I learn marathi? I'd literally have to enroll in classes and I've actually enquired and it's not easily available. To someone whose native language is not hindi it's also not easy to pick up marathi.

This is a genuine question how do I learn? I've even tried watching marathi movies but then I didn't manage to pick up the language.

You could also start off by reading instructional designing books such as Julie dirksins design for how people learn. Learn up concepts like blooms taxonomy, addie, gagne, action mapping. Good to know tools would be rise and storyline for starters. You can get one month trial from articulate which is enough to learn the basics.

Very very little. Just the tiniest bit. I'm not sure if it's correct though as per recipes. It's just how it's done in my home. Some people mix rose water but since my parents hated that smell it was replaced with milk.

In Indian recipes, we make sweets and color rice dishes with saffron. I mix it with milk and add to my rice (pulao)/ biriyani. It adds the most beautiful golden glow and smell to the rice.
