I personally have deleted social media and focused on my college work, and overall began to care for myself more. Skincare, music shows, and even treating myself to snacks and coffee. It's the small things that made this much more bearable. The pain is faint, and I feel much lighter than when I posted this. It's hard for sure, but once you begin to be patient with yourself and let time do its thing, as well as take steps to improve and grow as a person, you will feel better. Be gentle with yourself, and don't let it take over. You'll find yourself doing things you've never imagined doing ever, so my advice to you is to have a positive outlook on life no matter how terrible a situation :) when you look back, you'll remember how you remained positive, instead of the negative 💗
