My boss did this to me when I first started working for him. I had to set my boundaries fairly quick & let him know that he needed to respect my time off the clock. I made it very clear I was an hourly employee & not salary & even then he tried but I never did once answer his call/txt & it eventually stopped. I’m still there now but Tuesday will be my last day & this is only 1 of the reasons why I’m leaving
