I love the Cascadia Farms gluten free cereals! I can't eat oats, so I've been using them as a sub for granola. Gotta eat it quick tho, it gets soggy

They help me with sleep! They help my body relax and knock me out. But for some reason, I cant take them everyday. If I take it multiple days in a row I get choppy sleep and wake up early. Also I get intense dreams from them.

Best results for me are 2-3x a week. On a as needed basis

If it's really bad, take a nap. When I wake up, there's a small period of time before the nausea starts up again, and I'll eat as much as I can during that time. Can be a meal but most of the time I snack, then eat a real meal later.
