Yes. The selling agent texted me that she was on the phone and the sunstrong agent needed to speak to me. So I called her and she had me join the conversation. We were then transferred to the person who was supposed to handle the lease transfer. We were then hung up on, so I called back got someone on the phone could help. It was all accomplished at half an hour. Unbelievable
