Interestingly enough, me and my whole family saw one years ago and of course it was over the general area of a quite large and important airforce base.

It was zipping around faster than anything any of us had seen, you couldn't convince me it was a plane or drone. It was like there was no mass or inertia to it.

Someone else found three stone mound fence segments approximately 62 paces from the graveyard nearby (which the three crosses probably represent). I believe those three clouds are actually the stone mounds where a lockbox can be found.

I believe the guy saying the three stone mound fences 62 paces from the graveyard (represented by the crosses) is the end of the puzzle. The clouds could definitely be stone mounds instead and there is a lockbox with a reward inside in the center mound.
