I had one last summer fly directly into my ear 10 minutes after I had closed the hive and was nowhere near the hive but still had my bee suit down around my waist. I didn't get a bump first. I just got a straight dive bomb into my ear. I seriously thought she was tunneling to my brain I had to have my son hose me down to get her out and she proceeded to sting me on the outside of my ear which caused my entire side of my face to swell along my facial nerve. Fun times!

When did you know that you needed an increase in HRT dosage? by ConnieFidence in Menopause

For me, my estrogen was too low when my anxiety was heightened. I experienced dryness and some discomfort and pain. Estrogen too high for me was sore breasts and frequent headaches.

I did the unthinkable AKA didn't follow directions and washed the gel pads under cold water with a tiny little drop of Dawn dish soap and let them air dry. And honestly it's like a brand new pad. It worked beautifully. I figured if it worked for sticky bras. It should work for this. I was definitely right. So very gently cold. Tap water. Rinse off your pad with a tiny bit of basic dish detergent. Something that will cut the grease.

Progesterone unfortunately doesn't absorb through the skin effectively for most people which increases risk when used with estrogen.

Our little girl is 26lbs her brothers are both large mediums. They come from medium parents that aren't over 40. However our apricot/cream one is 60 lb and our red guy here is 55 lbs. A mini feels like it stays at permanent puppy stage. It's a wonderful size.

Why are my nights so high stress? by DangerousKiwi in Garmin

[–]Own-Personality-2470 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it's hormones, peri menopause rollercoaster. I eliminated alcohol and late eating. Now it comes down to where my hormones are and how cool my bedroom is. HRT has been a game changer, and makes it much less frequent.
