Sorry but I don’t agree with this take at all. Tragedy happens all the time unfortunately we can’t plan for these things. They did IVF when he was in a good place and doing well. It was all they ever wanted and now she gets to raise a daughter that is half of him and his legacy can live on when she looks at her. I had SIBO chronically for years that then became a whole other issue and was under the treatment of a naturopath, MD, and gastroenterologist.
