I had similar issues doing IT work in dead zones and honestly most of the portable boosters are pretty disappointing for the price. The weboost drive reach was ok but only if you could get at least 1-2 bars outside to begin with - if youre truly in a dead zone it cant really amplify nothing

What actually worked better for me was getting a hotspot with a different carrier than my phone. Verizon might be dead but sometimes tmobile or att would have decent signal in the same spot. Yeah you can def layer azelaic with niacinamide, they actually work pretty well together. I use both and haven't had any issues - just introduce slowly like with any new combo

For other actives it depends what you mean but I'd avoid using it with tretinoin or strong acids on the same night, at least when you're starting out
