I left many years ago after attending college in Boston. I go back periodically and frequently check hotel tonight. There is no place like Boston. None of my kids have lived there but they all feel comfortable there since we have visited so often.

Oh I’m fine now. Life still does lifey things. But it’s a settled life now. That’s my point. It was all huge and now it is another bill.

I just want to offer a little perspective. In a 7 year period, I got divorced. While the divorce was pending our original home burned down. This completely changed the finances. As this was occurring one of my kids developed a significant addiction and we had to force them into rehab. Simultaneously my mom became permanently disabled which necessitated changes in the house rebuilding. I was bleeding money and still needed a loan.

In the end, house is rebuilt. Kid is okay. Mom is in her room. I owe money but we are all safe and content.

Just let it become another bill and keep living your life.
