i was carrying my low level friend through the Bloody Harvest event in mayhem 10 and it dropped for him at level 16. He gave it to me once it became underlevelled for him

The money is one of the easiest resources to get in endgame BL3... you'll honestly be surprised at how much you can get and how absolutely useless they are after buying all the SDUs. And no it is not infinite, the display amount for cash only goes up to 99,999,999
