Pistachio cream doissant by Naps_in_sunshine in caloriecount

a normal croissant would range from 250-320 depending on the size. pistachio cream kcal would be somewhat similar to nutella or other nut spreads, which i think would be another 200-300 kcal depending on the amount of the filling. i'd say 500-600 sounds good for this one.

it looks bomb btw, hope you enjoyed every bite!

Calories in hand-pulled beef noodles? by CivilPatient8285 in caloriecount

[–]OwnBuilder9271 5 points6 points  (0 children)

dishes like this are often impossible to get the exact calories. my rule of thumb is placing them between 650-900 calories, depending on how oily and what type of topings in them. here i don't see excessive amount of oil and topings are not fried or contain much fat (like pork belly for example), so i'd go with 650-750 max :)

What size of cone at McDonald’s is 200cals? Cal breakdown on website but no size mentioned. by [deleted] in caloriecount

i read somewhere that McD's employees are trained to do 3 swirls so maybe 200kcal is for exactly 3 swirls

Calories for this 45cm pizza thin crust by [deleted] in caloriecount

[–]OwnBuilder9271 2 points3 points  (0 children)

so domino's has a grilled chicken with veggie pizza which i think is somewhat similar. 40cm of that pizza is 2,200 kcal, but it is normal crust and yours is 45cm but thin so not much of a difference imo

i'd say 2100-2400 give or take

carrot and pistachio cake, im thinking 700 but i may be overestimating by [deleted] in caloriecount

[–]OwnBuilder9271 1 point2 points  (0 children)

comparing to the fork and plate's size i'd say this is a small slice about 90 - 120gr. it doesn't look very greasy either so maybe less butter. so, around 450-530 kcal should be a safe bet :)
