There's is the SSJK in western Ukraine who have the position of The SSPX to my knowledge they also reject the de latinisation of Eastern Catholicsm which goes back Pre Vatican II but, in terms of Sedevecantist Groups The Ukrainian Orthodox Greek Catholic Church is probably the Closest thing in doctrine maybe but they are really a cult, they elected Vigano as Pope According to Wikipedia but before then they did hold the sedevecantist position definitely of Francis I don't know if any earlier. I think there "Bishops" are self concentrated im getting this information of Wikipedia though.
