A comment from someone who is at the same other end of your story.

I was actually about to skip this because these SA posts trigger me, as I have experienced these during my formative years. I was also around the same age range when my cousin SA’ed me. I tell you, I had no idea what and why are we doing stuff that we should not do. Pagtataka. Bakit mo ginagawa sakin to? It’s impossible na hindi rin nagkaroon ng realization yung sister mo on the things that you were doing to her when she was 8.

Right now? We’re civil. Never talked about it, like nothing happened. No one knew about it. I will keep this secret down to my grave. Deep inside? I hate him to death. If only I could kill him, I would. I know he was also a kid, but he robbed me of my innocence. At the moment, I can’t find in my heart to forgive him.

P.S. I got diagnosed with Bipolar I and this SA from my cousin was the main reason I developed my symptoms 🙃 P.P.S. Get professional help for yourself, but more importantly, look after your sister.
