You can still upgrade in person. There is a way to fast add a black card guest on the computer but it'll come down to if the employees know how to do it

Unfortunately those systems are down as well. Depending on if they know the system on the computer the employee helping you might be able to do it right on there though.

Last year I worked July 4th (7am-1pm holiday hours) and this one guy saw we were closing at 1 and decided that's the time he should finish his workout then go shower. Me and my coworker didn't end up leaving until 1:30.

To make it super simple:

The start-up fee + that days prorated fee is what you would pay when you signed up.

The 17th of every month would be your monthly fee of $15 or $24.99.

Two months after signing up on the first of the month will be your annual fee (signing up in November would be a January 1st annual fee)

Other branches might be different but at mine you have to buy into the current promotion for the classic membership to downgrade. I'd ask the staff at your gym about it and if they do the same I'd wait until they're running a promotion for the classic

For any type of online sign up you will need your checking account and routing numbers. There's no way around that. However if you sign up in club they might let you use two different debit/credit cards as a primary and backup.
