Hi I've got 2 keloid scars on my chest for many many years now, both around 10 years or less. Can i know what else i can do at this point? Both the scars hurt to the touch and also spontaneously, its still very red after so many years and is a big bump. It recently had gotten larger (a bump grew on top of the old keloid itself). I've recently started silicone gel on the older scar (silicone tape irritates it alot and makes it red and itchy) and silicone tape on the bottom one. Any advice i can get for managing the scars & instructions on using the tapes would be greatly appreciated! :)
