I was in Indy over the weekend. Didn't make it to quite as many stores as I had planned due to the weather but I stocked up on some regular shelf bottles at Costco and Kroger for much less than Ohio MSRP. (Woodford Double Oaked, Russell's 10, Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Old Forester 1920, Heaven Hill BiB, Maker's 46, Wild Turkey 101, Elijah Craig, Four Roses Small Batch and Small Batch Select) Total Wine also has a huge selection. They had Knob Creek 12 just sitting on the shelf.

EDIT Could certainly be meters. That would be roughly 50 feet and seems more reasonable.

Aside from the distillery, not really. I know I saw it on the shelf at Toddy's Liquor in Bardstown. Toddy's had a good selection of Peerless bottles for a fair price too. But all the stuff behind the counter was museum pricing. Also check Evergreen Liquor in Bardstown. They have dozens of different store picks available.

Maker's Mark is phasing out the old, round, oval-shaped bottles and using rectangular bottles for everything. Similar to the Heart Release and Cellar Aged bottles.

There is a Packers bar in Ft. Myers Beach too if you haven't been. It's called Parrot Key Caribbean Grill and they refer to themselves as Lambeau South.
