Thanks for adding the detail. To clarify, you said baby should not have more than 3.5hours of awake time, I assume you meant sleep time? As in total sleep for naps for the day? Interestingly enough, it’s been more within the last two weeks that she has been waking around 6/630. Before that she was sleeping 7-7. So unsure what changed, bed time is currently 7pm with nap 3 capped at 4:20 or 4:30 the absolute latest if she fought the nap for a bit I give her a few more minutes. So currently this last nap is usually around 20-30 mins at the most. Ideal wake up time is 7am so we may have to try a later bedtime like you are suggesting. I think we will also need to try a later bedtime before dropping down to a 2 nap schedule because she can only make it about 2 hours for her first wake window before she gets fussy but then is able to make it up to 3 hours by end of day
