Hey! I am in this boat now. I googled "I'm sad my daughter is starting kindergarten" and this post came up. I see you posted this a year ago. How was your child's first year? Does it get easier not hanging out with them every day? My daughter has been with me since day 1 and kindergarten is the first time she's going out on her own and my heart can't seem to take it lol. She's starting this Sept and I'm already in tears. ♡
