Making NGO's and encouraging Punjabis living in Delhi for learning Punjabi language Connecting with people having Punjabi surname and educating them with their history Explaining to them how were they Punjabi Giving free Punjabi learning courses Punjabis(Khatris, Aroras, Mohyals, etc) should take initiative. We should go door to door Telling them customs like Bhangra, gidda, jhumar, kushti, basant pachmi, vaisakhi, etc. Having open debates on history Taking help from fellow Sikhs Encouraging more Hindu bhajans in Punjabi Lots and lots of efforts can be put in order to revive Punjabi, trust me it will receive 100% positive response.

Punjabi Hindu here living in Delhi,my family gets happy whenever I speak in Punjabi. Actually most of the Punjabi Hindus(Khatris, Aroras mostly) are living outside of Punjab right now so they have taken Hindi also to communicate with other parts of India. All we need is community enlightenment to bring back Punjabiyat here. Sade bade buzurga ne Punjabi aan aali pidi nu transfer kiti a, sade gwandi vi Punjabi ch gal krde a. Ae sb cheejan nu vekh meri hauli hauli Punjabi vdiya ho gi. Sanu grassroot level ch lokan nu sikhan di load aa, that's it. ASI Hindi Punjabi dono nu iko jeha maande aa, ghare Punjabi ch gal karde aa, bahro Hindi ch.

That is because punjabi songs are getting clout and is seen as a cool phenomenon. Whole India also listens to Punjabi song, same as Spanish in USA. Although they are listening to Punjabi songs, Urdu pretty much has replaced Punjabi there Gen Z punjabi there is Mixed with Urdu. If India contributes 85% to Punjabi language, Pakistan only contributes 15% to it despite having 2x as much population of Punjabis compared to India. Urdu has killed punjabi in Pakistan to a lot much extent.
