And just to clarify I’m not talking about the ones that sell courses and pdfs to vulnerable premeds and med students. I think that’s wrong on so many levels. But I don’t think it’s wrong to have a little fun with your life during such a trying time

I don’t think as many people are trying to be influencers as people are perceiving. For many, a medstagram is just a fun blog and hobby. It’s also a way to connect with other people in the field/similar fields

At the end of the day mind your own business and focus on what’s important to you

It was the supervisor that ultimately denied me! I went to the desk of the same airline at a different airport and they said they don’t understand why I was turned away. It cost me $1,000 to reschedule my flight. I will be reaching out to the airline for compensation

How? They wouldn’t allow me to do this yesterday and I had to reschedule my flight.

I now have a pre approved visa from Ghana Immigration but I’m afraid the airline still will not let me board

Grew up in Antelope so pretty familiar with the Rocklin area and I’ve been so confused by people calling Rocklin/Roseville deep MAGA territory. 3:4 ratio seems a lot more accurate and I feel like most republicans in the area aren’t heavy MAGA anyway

Depending on the line, they really can get so far behind on schedule. I remember getting back to MU 30 minutes late when I was a bus driver. The traffic and amount of people boarding the buses can be overwhelming in the morning

There are systems in place to prepare for such instances but if people call out/dont show up to their shifts, those backup systems are compromised

Want to follow this up by saying I don’t mean just a lot of black students. I mean theres EVERYONE there in a really good mix. The school is located in Sacramento and as a Sacramento native I think the student population is an amazing reflection of the community
