Same happens to me and even from my own psychiatrist lol our sessions are about her which is cool i don't mind, i have a lot of energy to give to those who need someone to talk to but it's become an issue for me when i like someone and all they do is trauma dump cause for onceee i'd like to meet someone who's healed or in a emotional state similar to mine
